Coronavirus/COVID-19 global crisis:
Cloud Haven Studio LLC wants you to note that next day and two-day shipping cannot be guaranteed at this time. We will do our best, but once the item has left our facility, we have NO control. FedEx and the USPS have reported ongoing delays in shipping. These delays impact not just the orders you place with us, but also the orders we place with manufacturers and distributors of new or replacement products.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
PLEASE NOTE: When ordering, please use an email address you monitor frequently. We email our customers if we cannot fulfill any portion an order, asking important questions about refunding, substituting a replacement product or adjusting order quantities. If you do not respond to our emails, that delays your order further.

Thank you for your interest in Cloud Haven Studio's many products! Many of our products are unique, and any photo is intended to provide a reasonable example of the type of product being purchased; actual products/colors will vary. There are many items that are one of a kind or of limited quantity, so certain products will sell out and not reappear in the future. Please be aware that if you “hold” products in your shopping cart for an extended period of time before finalizing your order, some of your choices — products that are popular and limited in quantity — can sell out in the meantime.
Note: Cloud Haven Studio LLC will not honor $0.00 pricing that is a result of technical errors with our secure online shopping software; nor premium shipping services being selected when the accurate fees have not been assessed or included in the order due to FedEx or USPS calculators being momentarily down. In the event of such problems, we will contact the customers to resolve.
Residents of the state of Virginia are subject to 5.3% state/local sales tax if their product (s) are shipped from Virginia. Residents of Maryland will be charged 6.0% state/local sales tax if their product(s) are shipped from our fulfillment center there.
SHIPPING:Cloud Haven Studio LLC's standard shipping procedure is to process and ship orders within four days of receipt. Orders placed from Friday evening through Sunday may not ship until the following Monday. Note disclaimer at top of page regarding incorrect shipping charges. Cloud haven Studio LLC assesses a handling charge to each online order involving product.
Domestic Shipping:
Our preferred method of shipping is Federal Express Service, which allows us to pack and ship to your residence without any additional charges. When checking out, simply select Fedex Express Saver OR 2 Day Service and we will take care of the rest on our side. If you select Priority Mail, in certain cases we may choose to switch your shipping method to FedEx, unless otherwise instructed.
International orders:
Place your order online and choose your freight option. We will prepare an order total including international mailing costs. All duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Customs Information: All invoices included with the order will represent the actual value of the merchandise shipped. No exceptions.
A NOTE about COLOR MATCH:
Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product’s color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. The colors on your screen may not be an accurate depiction of the actual color. Product photos should be used as a guide only. Cloud Haven Studio LLC's customers must accept that any slight variations occurring between the actual color and texture, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.
